Location and accessibility

  • Is the BOA located downtown ?
    Our hotel enjoys a prime location. The train stations and main attractions of the city are just a few minutes’ walking.
  • Does the BOA have a parking lot ?
    The hotel does not have a parking lot. Please contact us by email to better organize your arrival by car.
  • Does the BOA have bike storage ?
    Unfortunately the hotel does not have facilities for bike storage

Accommodation

  • Do you have rooms with separate beds ?
    Our Deluxe and Prestige Rooms are adapted to organise separate beds for your stay.
  • Do you have adjoining rooms ?
    Unfortunately the BOA does not have adjoining rooms. Nevertheless and in case of prerequisites demand with the reception, we could attribute neighbouring rooms (subject to availability).
  • Do you have rooms with a bath ?
    Only some of our Prestige rooms are equipped with a bath (subject to availability).
  • Do you provide baby cots ?
    The BOA does have baby cots and can set up your room in advance (on demand). For security reasons, the hotel will not furnish blankets/coverage.

  • What are the Check-in/check-out times ?
    The Check-in is possible from 3:00PM. The check-out is possible until 12:00AM
  • Can I arrive anytime ?
    Our hotel is open 24/7 everyday of the week.
  • Do you have a luggage room ?
    The hotel dispose of a luggage room to leave your luggage before your arrival or after your departure (luggage room exclusively dedicated to the hotel clients).
  • Can I get a late check-out ?
    If you want to extend the pleasure in the hotel for few hours, we can propose a late check-out if our disponibility allows it (extra requested – reservation with the reception).
  • Is the hotel equipped with a lift ?
    The hotel is actually equipped with a lift permitting to get to the 5 floors.
  • Are pets admitted in the hotel ?
    Small pets are accepted in the institution (including an extra fee of 15€ by night).
  • Do you accept holiday vouchers ?
    The hotel accepts holiday vouchers but cannot provide change for this payment method.

Restaurant

  • What is breakfast time ?
    Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM on weekdays, and from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM on weekends and public holidays.
  • What is the horary of the bar ?
    The BOABAR is open from 12AM to 12PM everyday of the week.
  • Do you provide catering service ?
    The BOABAR provide an aperitive menu and small restoration.
